Peace of Mind
Are you feeling stressed and pulled in too many directions? Clear your mind and become aware of God’s presence surrounding you through Centering Prayer. This video can be used for Centering Prayer or to meditate on Christ’s light that comes to us and shines in the darkness during this Advent Season. Another way to honor the season and move beyond the fray is to let our light shine through service to others. Bring God’s light into the lives of your sisters and brothers through the gift of yourself. See Sion’s Service Learning Google Classroom if you need ideas on how to serve. (classroom code ymey80q).
